Wuerttemberg, Republic, Digits in Rhombus overprinted with new Currency Values, December 1923, Michel Nr. 184-188; On December of 1923 the German Government introduced a new currency in order to get a hold of the inflation problem. The Reichsmark was superseded by the Rentenmark. 10 billion of the old Mark currency was now the equivalent to 1 Renten Penny (RP). This change required the production of new overprints as follows:

3 RP on 25Pf, 5RP on 25Pf, 10RP on 25Pf, 20RP on 25Pf and 50 RP on 25Pf.
